Our instructors will teach and guide you with gentle, precise instruction, creating a comfortable and powerful experience of "the Yoga of Awareness" as taught by Yogi Bhajan, PHD Master of Kundalini Yoga. Kundalini Yoga has been known to create happiness and long lasting transformation. Suitable for all ages and levels of physical ability. Physical Exercise, Music & Mantra, Guided Meditation and the Gong are always included in each class session.
